Rules

• 1 student builds 1 judo-Bot.
• Build a car that can keep an egg (passenger) safe under normal driving conditions and in the event of a crash.
• One fresh egg [#0] (not boiled) will be placed in your car and will be driven down a slope to hit a wall.
• After the crash, both the car and the egg must survive without breaking or cracking.

• Search the Internet for ideas.
• Go for efficiency: cheap materials and useful design.
• Test your project before we try it at school.
• Apply the Engineering Design Process.

Grade (max 20 marks)

• Design and Appearance - 10 points
• Working project -
  • Perfect egg   - 10 points
  • Cracked egg - 5 points
  • Broken egg   - 0 points
• Creativity - Extra Points
